Update.

Met with the Dr. today, and it is a torn ACL. We're scheduled for surgery this week. They should be removing his right arm as well to pay for it.

That same exact thing happened to Sky last Christmas--tore his ACL playing church basketball. Not cool. Sorry! He had to have surgery---they put a cadaver's (sp?) achilles tendon in its place. Sky prayed it was a black man's achilles so he could have all their "sweet moves." :)

well isn't that convenient. i think it is just an excuse not to participate in the family triathalon cuz he don't want to get spanked in the race!

Yeah, he is pretty much back to normal now. He just had to wear a brace for a while--and does every once in a while when he plays sports. No biggy! I don't know if he got his wish about a black man's achilles, but who knows? Maybe one day he'll pull some really cool moves and it will all make sense. Either way, he likes to think he is super-human now. :)
